Templates are classified as software and, as such, are not
refundable. We have given you the full preview so you can see
what you will receive before you buy. If you have any questions

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this product. Your use of this product indicates
your acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement.
APPROVED USE: You may use all template files and graphics
in a single application (i.e., on one web site), free from copyright
infringement, whether such application is for free or for fee.
Use of this template on more than one computer is prohibited
without prior written consent except when necessary for the
development of a single web site.
ALTERATIONS: You may not alter the appearance of the
template or any graphics except to add your own personal or
business information. If appropriate, you may exchange our main
graphic image for one of your choosing. Any modifications are
at the sole risk of the user and Lipstick Monkey does not guarantee
the performance of any package, which has been altered or modified
other than, stated above.
Purchasing a theme does not include the right to the graphics
outside of the theme and/or template package. Graphic copyright
remains with the original designer. The term "graphic" applies
to all theme and template images such as bullets, buttons, icons,
images, etc.
THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE: Your template package may contain
elements that rely on additional third-party software that must
be purchased separately in order for said element to be modified
or perform satisfactorily on your computer. Such elements -
such as Flash and Swish - are clearly marked on each preview.
Elements which rely on such additional software may be removed
and not affect the overall performance of the theme and template
package.
RESTRICTIONS: Our templates, style sheets, graphics and
code may not be redistributed, added to any media collection
or offered for download or sale from any web site. Our templates
may not be used as a marketing tool to promote sales for your
website. The graphics, style sheets, and source code within
the template must be used as supplied for its original intended
purpose.
WARRANTIES: No warranties are implied or given. This
graphic package is offered in good faith. The purchaser agrees
to not hold Lipstick Monkey, Waterman-Designs, or its assigns
liable for any loss of revenue, time, or other damages that
might be incurred, directly or indirectly, through the use of
this product.
